1) Eligibility & accounts

2) Your content & permissions
You own your voice/audio content (“Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, transmit, and display your Content only as needed to operate the Service and according to your settings.
You represent that you have all rights needed to upload and share Content, including permissions from speakers/participants and rights to any music, samples, or third-party materials.
3) Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- Upload Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Upload illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive Content (including harassment, hate, or threats).
- Upload malware or attempt to interfere with the Service (scraping, probing, DDoS, bypassing limits).
- Use the Service to violate laws or others’ rights.
4) Takedowns & enforcement
We may remove or restrict access to Content and/or suspend accounts if we believe it violates these Terms, applicable law, or poses a risk to users or the Service. We may also comply with valid legal takedown requests.
5) Plans, billing, and refunds
- Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
